DSP is able to arrange the funding for primary care projects by approaching various commercial lenders specialising in the primary care sector such as the General Practice Finance Corporation, other specialist lenders or the practices' own banks.

DSP will prepare the necessary information for the project to be considered for funding and negotiate terms with prospective funders.

DSP will then discuss the funding options and the relevant financial implications with the practice and advise on the best way forward.

Once funding has been secured, DSP will co-ordinate the full project budget arranging for draw downs when necessary (minimising expenditure on interest where possible), arranging payments and undertaking a full budget reconciliation at the end of the project.
